This is the thread for everyone to talk about the manga. Like how slow it's being translated to how the art looks. Just stay by site rules and everything should be fine.
I actually finished reading the manga a bit ago now. But seeing as no one is one to distract me from doing some things I can update this. C:
I will say that had I read the manga first I really don't think that I would have become such a fan. Aside from the scratchy art I had some trouble actually getting into it. I mean yea I know I've already know all the information from having seen the anime. But I tried to approach it as if I didn't and it really wasn't all that great. Which is weird cause normally the manga always beats the anime. This time around it doesn't seem to apply.
As of right now the anime beats the manga. Now all I have to do it read the light novels and go from there. Seeing as that is what inspired the anime and then manga. I'm really hoping they are better then both. Cause normally the original is. Which means in this case for once, it's not the manga. I mean I wish they would translate it faster and get it out, but hey there is only so much that can be done with a series.
But maybe since it's airing on Adult Swim now, the fan base will go mad nuts and things will be pushed a little farther. But then again, the fan base might kill it for a lot of people that where into it before it hit TV. Anyway, manga. Not my preferred way of getting my daily dose of DRRR!!
