Short Bio: When he was just four years old, his father asked Shinra to dissect a dullahan. Being just a child, Shinra accepted the scalpel and got to work. That same dullahan has been living with him ever since for the past twenty years, and Shinra grew to love her. At school, he was avoided by most of the other students due to how 'weird' he was, and so Shinra was lonely for part of his school life. That changed in middle school where he first met Izaya Orihara, and asked if he would like to run the school's first biology club with him. The two together went on to high school, where they met Shizuo Heiwajima and Kadota Kyohei. The four made it through high school together, and Shinra went on to become an underground doctor and basically 'housewife' to Celty.
Personality: Shinra has a bit of an aloof personality. When it comes down to Celty, Shinra can act very clumsy in her presence and maybe even incompetent. He isn't shy about letting her know how he feels about her; in fact, he constantly gives her cheesy love confessions. When Celty's not around, however, Shinra will talk in a more serious manner depending on the subject.
Fighting Ability: Shinra has little to no fighting ability whatsoever. Whenever Shizuo and Izaya start up a fight, the most he can do is try to calm them both down with words.
Other: He likes three-five-eight marinaded sandfish and Celty's cooking, but he does not like fat in meat.
