Appearance: Chikage is a red headed male in his early adulthood, he appears healthy despite the bandages on his face, he has red hair, fair skin, and is often depicted with brown, red, or green eyes.

Character Biography
Short Bio: Chikage Rokujo is the Gang Leader of the Toromaru. But once, when he was a child he was powerless. His mother was the victim of domestic abuse, Chikage’s real father abandoned them when he was young, but he saw how men after men came in to his mother’s life and destroyed it. Her mental health was going down the drain with every case of domestic abuse, and every breakup. Relationship after relationship she would neglect him more. He was very lonely in his teens and after his mother was sent to an Asylum he realized that ‘this was it’ and something had to change. Becoming more powerful, he trained all alone with his father’s old Kabutowaris he found in the attic. Training all by himself, promising that he’d be the strongest and that no woman would ever have to suffer again. With every victory he won a bigger following, and so his gang started to form.
Personality: Chikage’s quite the charmer and the womanizer, he’s constantly among groups of women but despite dating multiple girls at once, he’s a gentlemen, refusing to fight any woman that comes his way. Often also, breaking up fights between women. But often being a bit of a polygamist, dating several girls at once, because he can. He’s stubborn, and determined, being able to take four blows to the face given by Shizuo Heiwajima himself, and withstanding him due to willpower. He treats people with respect, unless he thinks they are scum, and has an idealized picture in his mind of what scum looks like and apparently Mikado’s not it.
Fighting Ability: Uses Kabutowari’s, but will fight as his opponent wishes. If his opponent prefers hand to hand combat, he’ll respond in kind, implying he has a strong sense of fairness.
Other: Chikage isn’t in the anime…but…
I suspiciously spotted someone who looked like him donning a yellow scarf!
